JOIN US TODAY!

Good Reason #2 to Join the NCCMP

Just as we were successful in obtaining relief from Section 415 of the IRS Tax Code and other tax rules that place limits and restrictions on our pension benefits and we ensured that our plans benefit from the employer incentives to continue retiree prescription drug coverage contained in the 2003 Medicare prescription drug benefit program, the NCCMP has spearheaded the recent fight for temporary funding relief for troubled multiemployer defined benefit pension plans. Working together we can promote sensible tax policies and secure exemptions where they are needed for multiemployer plans.
