Brian Roseboro

Deputy Executive Director, NCCMP

Brian C. Roseboro is the Deputy Executive Director for the National Coordinating Committee for Multiemployer Plans (NCCMP). He has served in senior positions in both the U.S. Government and private sectors focusing on federal financial management, regulations and capital markets activities.

Prior to joining NCCMP, Mr. Roseboro worked as Senior Managing Director of BCRoseboro Advisors, LLC providing consulting services on a variety of capital markets regulatory and federal finance issues.

Mr. Roseboro previously served at the U.S. Department of the Treasury as Under Secretary of Domestic Finance. He was a senior advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury in formulating federal regulatory policy and legislation in public debt management, capital markets, financial institutions, government financial management services, federal lending, fiscal affairs, Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs), financial education and community development. Mr. Roseboro also served as a senior member of the President’s Working Group on Financial Markets.

Before and after his service at Treasury, Mr. Roseboro held various senior financial and risk management leadership positions in the private sector with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Swiss Bank Corporation, American International Group, JPMorgan Chase, Promontory Financial Group and UBS Investment Bank.

He holds a MBA in finance from Columbia University, NY and a BA in economics from the University of Rochester, NY.
