Jason Richmond

Senior Vice President and General Manager, Employer Division, Beacon Health Options

Jason Richmond is Beacon’s Senior Vice President and General Manager for their Employer Division.  In his role at Beacon, Jason is responsible for leading Beacon’s employer business to help companies around the country provide greater access to the behavioral health resources their employees need to lead healthy and productive lives, both at work and in their personal lives. Additionally, he leads the go-to-market strategy for Beacon Wellbeing, a new, enhanced Employee Assistance Program (EAP) product offering.

Prior to joining Beacon, Jason worked in various roles at Anthem Inc., such as Regional Vice President, Director of Sales and National Account Executive. In these roles, he directed a team of clinical sales and account management professionals, and designed behavioral health and employee assistance program sales strategies to address challenges of both local and national markets for standalone and integrated business.

Jason earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Francis. He also obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Taylor University. He is also a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana.
