    Our Lawyers and Administrators Meeting brings together technical experts and plan professionals on multiemployer health and pension plan topics to discuss the cutting edge issues facing our plans. Our attendees will have the opportunity to engage in discussion with representatives from the government agencies with jurisdiction over our plans as well as with technical experts and plan professionals on the issues that are important to you.

    PBGC Update

    PBGC staff will discuss status of the Special Financial Assistance program for deeply troubled multiemployer pension plans, including program updates, and best practices, as well as new and pending issues before PBGC, including the status of final withdrawal liability regulations and other issues.
