Our 2024 Lawyers and Administrators Meeting will take place on September 24, 2024 at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. We look forward to seeing you there!

Our 2022 Lawyers and Administrators Meeting will take place on March 22, 2022 at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. A virtual option will be available for our attendees who prefer not to attend in person.

Our Lawyers and Administrators Meeting brings together technical experts and plan professionals on multiemployer health and pension plan topics to discuss the cutting edge issues facing our plans. Both our in-person and virtual attendees will have the opportunity to engage in discussion with representatives from the government agencies with jurisdiction over our plans as well as with technical experts and plan professionals on the issues that are important to you.

Welcome to our 2021 Virtual Lawyers and Administrators Meeting! The meeting will take place on April 7 from 10:00 Eastern – 4:00 Eastern.

Our Lawyers and Administrators Meeting brings together technical experts and plan professionals on multiemployer health and pension plan topics to discuss the cutting edge issues facing our plans. While we are disappointed that because of the ongoing pandemic we won’t be able to welcome you to Washington, DC in person this year, we are pleased to be able to offer you the same great opportunity to interact with representatives from the government agencies with jurisdiction over our plans and with technical experts and plan professionals on the issues that are important to you in a virtual format. 

CANCELLED: NCCMP 2020 Lawyers and Administrators Meeting

NCCMP has been actively monitoring the situation with the COVID-19 virus from sources including the WHO, CDC, and the U.S. Government and the DC Government. Our primary focus is the health and safety of our attendees. As a result of the continued spread of the virus, recommendations from DC Health, and feedback from our attendees, we have determined that the cancellation of NCCMP’s 2020 Lawyers and Administrators Meeting is the responsible course of action.

Our 2019 Lawyers and Administrators meeting was held on April 11, 2019 at the Almas Shrine Temple in Washington, DC.

Our 2018 Lawyers and Administrators Meeting took place on April 12, 2018 at the Almas Shrine Temple in Washington, DC. Our speakers contributed their substantial experience and knowledge of Joint Select Committee on Solvency of Multiemployer Pension Plan, the MPRA application and review process, federal credit and the implications for any multiemployer rescue loan program, and what we might expect in the way of government regulations over the next year.

Every spring, senior plan professionals, lawyers, administrators, actuaries and interested trustees gather in Washington, DC, to engage government agencies with jurisdiction over multiemployer plans and discuss current and upcoming issues that will affect those plans. This one-day, highly technical event affords lawyers, plan administrators and other plan professionals the opportunity to create an open dialogue with government officials.
